Business coaching is a bespoke 1:1 opportunity specifically designed to accelerate the performance and outcomes of an individual or a task related to the workforce.
Business coaching takes the client through a process of reflecting where the business is currently, where the client wants it to be and through exploration and reflection a process would be worked out on how to get there.

Sessions are one hour and aim to reflect on one goal/action the the client brings to the session although at time’s, one session could only scratch the surface with its possibilities.
A series of sessions can gain more depth into the process and have better outcomes with regards to performance within the business.

Sessions are charged at £60 pounds per hour.
Covering Bournemouth and Poole, Additional fees may apply if out of area.
