360 leadership review.

Supported by the NHS leadership academy the 360 degree leadership and management review is a powerful and engaging tool to help leaders in care settings identify where their strengths and development needs lie. The guided process includes an opportunity to gain insight into team members thoughts and perceptions on your leadership abilities. A report is compiled and reflected upon with yourself to support action planning and development in a safe and structure way.


The Review Journey

Step 1 –

The process starts with a consultation. A coaching discussion about the 360 review and how we are going to work together over the coming weeks. You will have the opportunity to reflect upon your leadership style and start reflecting on change.


Step 2 –

You will be guided to reflect upon your leadership style using an online platform discovering your role within nine defined key areas. Once completed you will offer your team the opportunity to review your leadership style from their perspective using a designated system to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

The result is a full report showing quality feedback in a format that benefits reflection and goal setting.


Step 3 –

A 360 review facilitation discussion takes place, lasting around 90 minutes. The coach led reflective session uses evidence from the 360 report focusing on leadership development and the completion of a six month action plan, laying a path to improve leadership styles and future positive approaches to management.
